Surge donates more than £6,000 worth of video production services

North East marketing agency Surge are generously donating more than £6,000 worth of video production services to help support our charity.

Surge, based in Middlesbrough, helps businesses align their brand, systems and marketing to achieve measurable results.

The staff work as one team across three core departments which are creative, development and marketing.

The creative department focuses on shaping how people see, hear, and remember a business, delivering everything from brand identity to content and media.

The development team builds the tools that keep the business running efficiently, creating faster websites, smoother systems, and cleaner workflows.

Meanwhile, the marketing department ensures the business reaches the targeted audience at the right time, in the right place, with the right message.

Surge began working with GNAAS following initial conversations about how they could support our work through a corporate partnership.

As part of this collaboration, the company have agreed to produce professional video content free of charge to help us raise awareness, engage supporters and generate the funding needed to keep our helicopters flying and critical care team responding across the region.

David Porter, director at Surge, said: “GNAAS is an amazing charity and the Surge team have people close to them that have utilised their service in the past.

“They are a critical service in the area and have saved countless lives with their quick response.

“Many people who donate have used their service, but all of us may need their support in the future, which is why more people need to support them.”

Surge are providing more £6,000 worth of filming and editing support and have already created promotional material which was used to advertise our annual ball.

As a charity, we rely on the kindness and generosity of individuals and businesses to continue operating, and partnerships like this make a real difference.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone at Surge for their generosity and commitment to supporting our work.
